Everyone in my programming field speaks about being productive; it is just the best way to manage your time. As a result, some people feel compelled to use internet tools like note-taking tools, shun social media, and watch fewer movies.

I agree that it works.

Even we frequently have to spend less time with our families, work more hours, and suffer from burnout. But the real thing we’re missing is the diet we eat on a regular basis. Yes, the diet you follow not only affects your body but also helps you be more productive.

Let me tell you about my coworker’s daily routine. Whenever we intend to eat outside, they just order burgers and pizza. In addition, a soft drink enhances the taste.

Isn’t that insane?

Perhaps you follow a similar diet. That is the primary cause of your lack of productivity. And the unintended consequences are far-reaching.

That is why, in this story, I want to provide some knowledge and caution about the eating habits that you have, as well as my own routine to enhance productivity with some sort of proof.
